The airport was not to my expectation. Nothing like Penang or KK, let alone KLIA.
We were on transit for 6 hours and scheduled to leave for Jeddah at 1230 local time. Unfortunately it was retimed at 1330 hrs. Lagi satu ujian.
The terminal was small but ok. Duty free shops tak banyak and barang-barang yang dijual pun tak menarik sangat. Very few branded items. Tapi perfumes banyak and prices were almost similar to KL. Currency rate: 100 Qatar Rial was equivalent to RM125.
The surau - it was huge and comfortable but there was no ablution area for male. So kena ambik wudhu' kat toilet. Teruk sikit.
